The Resources section of this website offers information and tools you can use to learn about and support your work to implement Transformative Organizing (TO). TO’s combination of working simultaneously for deep personal change and broad social transformation requires an orientation and approach that is significantly different than that of either traditional approaches to organizing or personal change. The practices of TO are not easy to learn without support. The information, practices, and tools offered in this section are not intended to teach this approach to new practitioners. These materials can serve, though, as an introduction to the approach for those who are new to it, or as useful tools to those already engaged in learning TO with hands-on support from experienced teachers, coaches, or allies.
The Resource Library contains a number of resources that can help you learn about and/or refine your practice of Transformative Organizing. Resources are categorized as Articles, TO Practices and Tools, and Curricula.
